Ike Daughenbaugh, CR, CKBR - Owner

Ike Daughenbaugh has been a part of Heritage Builders ever since his father, Frank Daughenbaugh Jr. started the company in 1971. Ike became a partner in 1984 and took full ownership of the firm in 1995 when his father retired from the business.  Ike has a gift for design and space planning and is the  lead designer on all Heritage projects. Ike has earned his Certified Remodeler certification as well as the Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler certification from NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry).  Ike has shared his wealth of industry experience by teaching the Certified Remodeler, Certified Lead Carpenter, Certified Carpenter and Certified Kitchen & Bath courses at NARI. 

JoAnn Daughenbaugh, Office Manager

JoAnn is the heart of our accounting department and office operations. She is responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable and handles all of our internal accounting and financial reporting responsibilities. In addition to all of her accounting duties, JoAnn also keeps us organized by managing all company administrative tasks.
