Our experience with Heritage Builders was phenomenal – I don’t think words can describe it. Would we refer them to a friend? Absolutely. Would we refer them to family? Of course. Would we refer them to our boss? Most definitely.
Mark is the consummate professional; he has vision, he can understand his customers’ needs even when they’re unable to articulate their wants, and most importantly, he has taste. His design and his finished product have jaw-dropping taste and panache.
Kirk, the most understanding and compassionate person Brian and I have ever met, clearly loves his job. He thoroughly explained the details of our project week after week, never being condescending or rushed. He was always punctual, sometimes meeting us while we were still in our pajamas, but never batted an eye. Any concern that we ever had, he promptly responded to, making sure that we were satisfied. Kirk is so organized that it’s almost scary. He really cares that you’re satisfied with the work that is being completed. He understands that money is important to most people and wanted to make sure that we understood every decision that we made about the design and construction of our project.
Matt, Steve and Tom were always informed and informative. Any question that we had, they either had the answer to or assured us they would get it. We were never disappointed; they always delivered.
