Additionally, every professional that entered our home, from HVAC to tile, took great care in their piece of our project, taking time to answer our endless questions and taking pride in their workmanship. It really shows that Heritage only hires the best to complete a project they will put their name on.
We have so many favorite aspects of our project; I don’t have enough time to list them all. The design was exactly what we were looking for, a mix of old and new. How do you take a house that was built in 1934 and update it so that it still looks like a house that was build in 1934, but with 21st century amenities and more space? Ultimately, that is what we were looking for and that is exactly what Heritage delivered. The workmanship has far exceeded our expectations; no detail was overlooked. Each room in our addition is a room where you can sit and be awestruck by its detail and warmth. Every room seamlessly moves from old to new with no disconnect, and the aesthetic beauty of each room is sometimes overwhelming for us. It is hard to believe that this is the same house.
We decided that once we’ve completed this renovation, we’ll stay here until our son has to move us into assisted living. We would have never said that before. Now, we have so much space that it’s a pleasure to have family and friends over, not a worry about where people will sit.
We have often said to each other that the people at Heritage, all at once, have been our trusted advisors, sometimes marriage counselors, but in the end, our friends. We honestly never expected to have such a wonderful experience when completing a major renovation and addition to our home. It’s something we have been telling virtually anyone who will listen and we have absolutely no regrets. |
