At Heritage we enjoy a solid reputation for remodeling design excellence.  We know how to successfully blend your wants, needs and budget with creativity, artistry, and unique solutions. But, don't expect us to vision the perfect fit design solution at our first meeting.   

You live there, we don't, so first we listen and learn from you, we probe your house, we have fun talking about the possibilities, we have less fun talking about budgets.   Both of us develop a solid sense of what defines success for your remodel project. Only then do we begin to draw and create visions.  At subsequent visits we present multiple design possibilities, we ask for your feedback and  listen and learn more.  Continually collaborating with you, the design evolves to the one best approach that  meshes perfectly with your design and  budget goals. 

Budgeting

Great remodeling design is made up of two components: Exceptional design solutions and meeting your budget comfort zone. From the time of our first meeting with you, we'll talk about your budget and make it a priority. To ensure that we do not come up with a remodeling design that exceeds your budget comfort level we'll present current budget  estimates as we proceed through the remodeling design phases.

 We will not only present creative design solutions, we will present creative design solutions that fit your budget.    

Computer Modeling

We use advanced 3D computer modeling software to make the design process even more intuitive and user-friendly. We can show you how your newly remodeled spaces will look with remarkable accuracy.

Creativity

Creativity in remodeling design is more than just replicating a recent trend. Creativity starts by looking at space from a different perspective - a perspective that asks, "What is possible?"

Creativity is sometimes difficult to achieve in remodeling. There are usually parameters involved or obstacles (like space considerations or structural issues) that need to be overcome in most remodeling projects. Sometimes, creativity is the ability to take the biggest detriment of a space and turn it into the best attribute. At other times, creativity can be summed up by the way a series of details are placed together to produce something that is simply awe-inspiring. 

We are used to starting with less than ideal spaces. That's why you decided to remodel in the first place, your home isn't perfect - at least not yet!
